• All donations are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• Neelasiragugal is registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Eligible donors will receive an 80G certificate by email within 30 days of the donation.
• Donations are non-refundable unless a duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical error. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days to info@neelasiragugal.org.
• Neelasiragugal reserves the right to use donated funds across any of its active programs, unless a donor has specifically designated the donation for a named program in writing.
• We do not accept donations from anonymous sources or entities that cannot be verified under Indian law.
• Foreign contributions are subject to FCRA compliance. International donors should write to us before donating.

• Submitting a volunteer registration form does not constitute a binding contract. It is an expression of interest.
• Neelasiragugal reserves the right to accept, defer, or decline any volunteer application without providing a reason.
• Accepted volunteers will be required to read and sign our Volunteer Code of Conduct before commencing any activity.
• Volunteers represent Neelasiragugal while engaged in our programs and must conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism.
• Neelasiragugal is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during voluntary activities unless directly caused by our negligence.

• All content on this Website — including text, photographs, illustrations, logos, icons, and program names — is the intellectual property of Neelasiragugal Charitable Trust or its licensors.
