No. Volunteering is on a goodwill basis. Travel costs for in-person sessions are reimbursed, and outstanding volunteers are recognized annually.
We welcome volunteers aged 18 and above. College students are especially encouraged to apply.
Absolutely. We have online mentoring opportunities that work beautifully for the Tamil diaspora worldwide.
As little as 2 hours a week can make a meaningful difference. We will match your availability with the right student or program.
Not at all. Passion and patience matter more than formal credentials. We provide orientation and ongoing support.
Maths, Science, English, digital skills, and career counselling are in highest demand, but every skill has a place here.
Our coordinator matches you based on expertise, language, availability, and location. You will meet your student in a guided introductory session first.
